Good advice, I will do that. I will have the police report on Wedensday, so I will have all that info, and then write the letter. I'll let you know what happens. thanks for the advice. =Herles : I had an a$$hole do something similar to me. I chased and called as you did. I got the insurance info from the cop and wrote a nasty letter to the companys insurance co. They responded asking for more information. I provided them all the information and luckily they were cool with it. They paid for all of the damages. Doesn't matter if the driver denys what you are saying. The fact that you called the police and had him pulled over counts ALOT. Thats what it took to get my payment. The driver in my case also denied that he had any wrongdoing. Just get the info from the cop and write the letter. You should be surprised at what the outcome will be. Also, in your letter, threaten legal action if prompt action is not provided, thats what I did. The insurance co. would rather take care of you quickly then battle it out in court. Also, inflate the story a bit so that your covered.
